cannot add new zip code

Hi All,
I am in usr layer, try to add new zip code, system give me error info, the
zip code already exist in zipcode table, but I check table, there is no same
as I input. any body know what happened? thanks in advance.

try restarting the ax service. caching may be causing problem.

Otherwise go to SQL server and look for record.

found the issues caused by copied zipcode from other company direct in SQL
database and record ID value not be reset.
