Dear all,

I'd just like to make sure, let's say I have 1 new screen call
'xtsItemGroup' and I'd like to import it to live database.
Is it different if I set the security key between before and after I import
the table to live database ?

In my case, I used Invent Setup as my security key. It means, all user
group who have access to Invent Setup could open my new screen
('xtsItemGroup'), doesn't it ? Is there any suggestion so that my newest
screen access has default to no ?

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,
In this condition your new item (screen) will not be appear to user even if
user have the access rights to that security key as when we create a new item
we have to update user/user group security.

Thanks

Hi sudhir, thanks for replying,

By the way, how to do that?
Actually I imported the table and menu to live database, and then I setup
the security key to Invent Setup. My new screen appeared in user who have
access to security key Invent Setup.
Another experiment, I setup the security key Invent Setup in my development
database, and then I imported the table and menu to live database. The
result showed the same.

Thanks and Regards,
