Permission Issue

Hello,

I have a user that was just put on a new permission set. When you create a
new customer or vendor a new business relation gets created automatically by
the system, but now when the user creates one(vend or cust), the bus rel does
not create automatically. I do not know what security key this falls under
or what to open up in the security tree.

Has anyone ever encountered this and / or know where this permission is?

User already has full control over vendtable, custtable, smmbusreltable....

There is a process which synchronize vendor and customer with crm series data
under CRM -- > periodic --> update. see u have security keysmm Periodic
enabled and have permission for the menuitem and runit periodically to get
the smmbusreltable updated.

Hi Aks,

Thank you for the reply. I opened up the CRM Periodic security keys and the
menuitems for that user group but these still are not creating automatically.
Under full admin rights, these do get created automatically without having
to run a periodic process like you've mentioned. So the security key has to
be somewhere within the system but I'm just not sure where, I've been opening
up different keys for the past two days now trying to find it.

Hi I had the same issue. I solved it by giving full control on CRM parent security key, and then setting CRM children keys to View rights
