Hi everyone,

When printing a report (using a menu item), I get the following error:
“Unable to load page”.

The error is thrown on nearly every report (on exception I could find is
SysDataAreaPrintCollections).

Does anyone have an idea what is causing this and how it could be solved?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Klaas.

We're having the same issue here as well.
Let me know if you figure out anything.

Thanks,

Thank you Peter for your response.

I can confirm that this solution works.

Two weeks ago, the application and server were patched by a hotfix. Using
the 'old' client worked, but last Friday we started experiencing problems
when printing reports.

I tried using a Client with kernel version 4.0.2503.102 and reports printed
just fine.

Hi,
yes, this kernel version solve "unable to load page" but after this upgrade
I have new problem:
when I insert in a filtered form a new record, i lost filter.
With kernel version 4.0.2501.116 I didn't have this problem...
Do you have the same issue?

Thanks,
Dario

Hi dario,

I tried filtering a grid with both kernel versions (ctrl+G on customer
form), then inserting a record. In both cases, the filter is lost.

Are you sure this isn't standard functionality?

Klaas.

Did you try to add new record with CTRL+N or cursor down?
Using cursor down the filter isn't lost.
Let me know.

Thanks for you help

I used CTRL+N to add a new record.

And I can confirm that you are correct, the filter is lost when you use the
down-error (insert at end).
This wasn't the case in the previous version of the client.

Very strange...

Klaas.
