Scrollbars disappear in Grid

Dynamics AX 2009 - The scrollbars of a grid disappear for some users and
others not - how can this be fixed? This happen even on the same screen sizes
and resolution and is quite a nuisance.

Did you ever get a solution for this? We have the same issue with some people and not others.
